  • Abstract
    40-Gb/s error-free operation was successfully demonstrated for the first time as an optical engine (OE) using VCSEL. The OE with a cost-effective FPC-based structure realized 40-Gb/s operation by using our newly developed high-speed FPC connector for the connection between PCB and FPC-OE substrate.
