  • Abstract
This paper presents a disassembly tool to support environmentally conscious product design. The disassembly tool consists of a software program that gives recommendations to product design based on disassembly analysis. The disassembly analysis consists of product analysis, disassemblability analysis, computing an optimal disassembly sequence and design rating. These considerations make a product easier to disassemble and therefore are beneficial to the environment
