  • Abstract
    The paper presents an efficient method to design H-plane structures. The method consists of a powerful combination of the finite element method to analyze H-plane structures with an optimization tool based on genetic algorithms. The design method has been used with several configurations of H-plane waveguide bends and results are also presented.
