Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
E-learning, as a novel teaching and learning method, are researched, together with its related theory, related technologies, its shortage and its development in modern education. The emphasis is put on the grid technology and its application in the E-learning, web 2.0 and its development directions. The E-learning 2.0 and the E-learning 2.0 related issues are discussed, and the E-learning development direction in the future is forecasted as well.
