Abstract
The paper dives into a set of tasks that emerge when planning activities of a corporation, involved into construction of multiple objects. This task is referred to as the problem of project portfolio. Problem of planning construction works and its software implementation are solved with aid of integration of multi-agent modeling and critical path method. The achieved benefit in time and cost relies on use of the simulation system and decision support system of BPsim products family, which has been developed by the authors. At the end of paper the economic effect of deployment and its calculations are briefly noted.
