  • Abstract
    Recent years, group conflicts occurred frequently in China and its influence is expanded, so studying the various interests between groups in group conflicts is of great significance for government to improving the emergency response capacity, In this paper we used the method of evolutionary game to analyze the government´ regulates behavior on the group conflict, through analysis the game result we find that, in order to reduce the incidence of group conflicts, local governments should reduce the cost of people´s legitimate appeal.
