Preface

Information Management, Innovation Management and Industrial Engineering are becoming increasingly interesting to both the academic researchers and management practitioners. The ICIII 2012 focuses on the science and technology that are the basis for the management. And the successful organization of ICIII 2012 has required the talents, dedication and time of many volunteers and strong support from sponsors. ICIII 2012 is technical co-sponsored by IEEE Technology Management Council Hong Kong Chapter and special gratitude and appreciation is due the various track chairs as they are primarily responsible for the content of the technical program. The program chair has done an excellent job coordinating with the track chairs and putting together the advanced program schedule.
