  • Abstract
    Fund safety as one of the core elements of social insurance system has an important impact on the social insurance fund. On the basis of the ambiguity of social insurance fund, the indicators of social insurance fund was established. At the same time, Multi-level fuzzy synthetic evaluation model based on entropy weight was established. The entropy-weighted fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model avoided subjective sense of weight-coefficient, and mend the shortage of traditional synthetic evaluation methods. Through of evaluating the safety of social insurance fund of city, the results show that the method has strong practicality and reliability in order to provide a scientific basis for government decision-making.
