Abstract

The realization of dynamic alliancepsilas overall objectives requires unified synergistic decision-making mechanism. Being based on network and business intelligence (BI) technology, business intelligence center (BIC) gathers various resources of alliance together, provides comprehensive and synergistic decision support to dynamic alliance. On the basis of analyzing dynamic enterprise alliance synergistic decision-making problem, discusses the utility of BIC to dynamic alliance synergistic decision-making, designs dynamic alliance synergistic decision-making model that based on BIC, investigates the main units of decision-making model, researches on the dynamic alliance synergistic decision-making mechanism supported by BIC.
