Abstract
Key management has been explored in depth for the more traditional computer network. However, effective methods of managing keys and enforcing their appropriate usage in the emerging arena of vehicular ad-hoc networks (VANETs) has yet to be considered. In this paper, we propose an effective solution for managing keys in this area.
