Abstract
In this study we present a bioinformatic evaluation and a first statistical analysis of various structural and energetic protein properties on the 3D structural conformations from the full protein folding simulation of the villin-headpiece protein. The final goal of the study is to determine if the measured protein properties have an underlying structure that is not directly observable but through statistical methods it can be elucidated.
