    From the educational technology perspective, this study makes a clear description and illustration on the development theory and design principle, integrated the rationality on corporate e-Learning training curriculum development, constructed the technical framework for corporate e-Learning training curriculum development, formed a relatively stable object for the ACT (Activity-Competence-Task) method, and developed corresponding tools. The framework itself not only illustrates the needs analysis, curriculum goals, curriculum development process, it also explains the technical coupling and logical relationship among them. Study showed professional knowledge of corporate training is consist of context, practice rules, strategic knowledge, theoretical knowledge and skills. The study showed corporate e-Learning training courses that are centered around the task can be used as a carrier for the content of education. Activities-centered curriculum implementation mode can not only improve the staffs interest in learning, promoting knowledge transfer and tacit knowledge of learning, is an effective way for corporate knowledge management.
