  • Abstract
    Based on the theory of educational psychology about knowledge in our mind how to be formatted and developed, the author maintains that the psychological regularities should be complied with during people learning new knowledge by means of concept map which is the instrument of primary cognition. That is, appropriate mode of WebCL should be selected in different learning environments and conditions according to different features of each learning phase. The final destination is to enhance either the participatorspsila ability of advanced-cognition, cooperation and social construction or their learning efficiency.
