  • Abstract
    Plasmonic cavities are the resonant structures that confine photons in the form of surface plasmon. We demonstrated that high-Q operation is feasible for surface plasmonic whispering-gallery microcavities. The current issues regarding the plasmonic cavities will be reviewed.
