Abstract
C/sup 2/ (Confidence and Competence) for Mathematics Teachers was a highly successful program for elementary and middle school mathematics teachers which was a cooperative effort between Colorado School of Mines and Jefferson County Schools and was funded through the Colorado Commission on Higher Education with Eisenhower Funds. It featured standards based mathematics, use of technology, and adult learning methods. Extensive evaluation of both teachers and their students was another feature of the program.
