Abstract
The tacit knowledge is recognized as an essence for organizations sustaining competitive advantage. Trust among members is the affect key factor for tacit knowledge transfer. The level of trust among the members was enhanced by positive feedback of the abundant effective tacit knowledge transfer in organization. In this paper, a trust-based tacit knowledge transfer model was presents. Finally, the positive relationship of trust and tacit knowledge transfer is verified by the analysis of nonlinear Polya process.
