Abstract
We observed ultraviolet-B-exposed skin using polarization-resolved second-harmonic-generation (SHG) microscopy. A polarization anisotropic image of the SHG light indicated that the direction of the collagen fiber agree with that of ultraviolet-B-induced wrinkles.
