Research on the Competitive Advantage of Corporation from the View of Competence

The research on competitive advantage of corporation is the basic thesis in the field of Management and Economics. It is important for enterprise to develop it´s competence and obtain competitive advantage. In particular, just going through the international financial crisis, Chinese private family business suffered a great impact. This paper analyzes the basic theory on the origin of the competitive advantage of corporation and expands many competitive analyses from different views. In the end, it puts forward that Chinese private family business should built the competitive advantage on the basis of adapting environment for future development.
