  • Abstract
    A method of plasma temperature measurement in a radio-frequency-discharge-excited CO2 laser using a 1.5 mum distributed-feedback laser was successfully demonstrated. Medium temperatures were measured to be from 450 to 650 K plusmn 3 K.
