  • Abstract
The general structure of continuous-time dynamic equations for switching power converters is investigated. One set of differential equations represents an invariant property of the network, while the remaining equations depend on control implementation and switch type. A classification scheme is proposed, and nonlinear methods appropriate to each class are examined
