Abstract
In the process of revising IEEE 519, "IEEE Recommended Practices and Requirements for Harmonic Control in Electric Power Systems", the P519 Working Group are reviewing all aspects of the Standard. This paper deals with Section 10.3 "Limits on Commutating Notches".
