  • Abstract
    Protocol analysis is the center of protocol engineering science, and the performance of computer networks can be evaluated through it. A protocol is analyzed for quality and quantity using EPr/TN for qualitative analysis. The EPr/TN model is given and some properties relative to the protocol can be deduced; quantitative analysis is made through the performance expression that can be obtained by the EPr/TN model describing the parameter relation of protocol flows.
