Abstract
Local administrative departments in charge of agricultural machinery should focus more capital investment on constructing the regional advice station for agricultural machinery, which could help improve the agricultural mechanization level, increase the income and reduce the labor intensity of farmers. However, there existed problems like embezzlement and poor construction effect during the project implementation at present. Therefore, performance appraisal of the project should be strengthened to boost the service efficiency of the funds used in founding the regional agricultural machinery advice station. This paper put forward the performance indicators for the regional agricultural machinery advice station by means of expert consultation, and built up an evaluation indicator system applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation. The evaluation indicator system was finally proved highly scientific and reliable by example demonstration.
