  • Abstract
    This paper deals with the problems on the design of microwave integrated predistortion networks. The discussion of amplifier nonlinearities is followed by a brief description of the predi stortion network. Design steps are gi ven concerning generation of nonl inear products and integrated coupling and tuning elements. Measurement results for a single-tone-test and a four-tone intermodulation (IM) test are presented.
