  • Abstract
    Nowadays wind power is a kind of green energy that is developed most rapidly all over the world but its application range is restricted by its own fluctuations and intermittent features. In this article, the possible approaches to wind power application and the wind power storage methods are analyzed in respect of wind power storage. Because of its long life, good safety performance and low cost, Lithium battery has become an ideal power source for wind power storage. This paper studies the operation principles and characters of Lithium battery, and analyzes the problems needed to solve when using Lithium battery in practice.
