Abstract
Results of low dose rate DC/DC convertors´ behavior are presented. Experiments conducted at LINAC and Co60-sources utilizing various accelerated methods and reduced dose rate for low dose rate effects (LDRE) accounting. PWM-controller is appeared to be the most total dose sensitive part of DC/DC converters.
