Abstract
This paper concerns with the delay-dependent exponential stability of delayed neural networks. By constructing a new Lyapunov functional and introducing the free weighting matrices, a new delay-dependent exponential stability criterion is derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities. A example is presented which show our result is less conservative than the existing stability criteria.
