Communication system using smart devices for speech-impaired children

This paper describes about the system to support communication for speech-impaired children using smart devices. When a user touches smart devices´ buttons, smart devices speak and he/she expresses his/her intent. Conventional applications give speech-impaired children stress because buttons are small and complex. So the authors developed simple applications and experiments with speech-impaired children.
