Abstract
The works in literature related to collaboration in the supply chain were interested on the explanation of the relationship framework without focusing on modes, processes and tools. As a result, the question that arises is: How to define the type of information to share as well as service elements associated to establish a collaborative process? We present here this problem by focusing on the pharmaceutical sector in Morocco. The originality of the logistic characteristics specific to this sector this sector, offers a favorable ground for the establishment of collaborative process. Nevertheless, logic of partnership which favoring the approximation of the perception of the logistic collaboration to both parts (supplier and customer) seems to be a necessary condition for the success and the durability of the said collaboration. In this article, we propose a study of the logistic relation between a Laboratory and a Distributor as well as the results which we were able to pull of our researches.
