Abstract
Problem of development and characteristic investigation of an asymmetric waveguide topology Mach-Zehnder Interferometer (MZI) has been considered. This design of MZI provides the work point location on the linear section of the MZI transfer function. Modulation efficiency and extinction ratio of MZI developed by proton exchange method were measured. Transmission spectra of the wideband radiation source were studied under different MZI work point locations.
