Abstract
We describe an optical wavelength deinterleaver with channel spacing of 850 GHz. The tuning element is a MEMS blazed grating with an adjustable period. Continuous tuning of the center wavelength across the full free spectral range of 13.65 nm and cyclic switching of the output channels are demonstrated.
