  • Abstract
    The electrical parameter of laser deposited coplanar transmission lines are measured and compared to simulation results. The evaluation of the measured data is performed by two methods. The first method determines directly the line parameters from the S-parameters. In the second method the transmission line parameter are determined S-parameter measurements and the low frequency line capacitance. It is shown that the laser deposited coplanar transmission lines are suitable for RF-application
