  • Abstract
    The aim of this communication is to propose a non reciprocal phase-shifter in fin-line technology and its theoretical analysis. The proposed device is based on semiconductor submitted to a magnetostatic field which leads to a gyroelectric material and then to a differential phase-shifter.
