Abstract
We research on a kind of high-level net system and give the basic mathematical theory of a colored Petri net system and a Pr/T system. We model and analyze two processes by using the theory of colored Petri net and Pr/T. A papermaking system is a complicated process and has many peculiarities such as many disturbances, strong coupling, large pure lag etc. The papermaking model can be easily built by utilizing the theory. So the theory of Colored Petri is advantageous for modelling a complex industrial system. Finally, we represent an analysis method for a papermaking process.
