  • Abstract
It´s very good know the interest of those that design and construct the overhead lines to attenuate the magnetic field around these, especially to earth level, because it is possible to have impact to human body. On this line one of methods there are use for reduce the magnetic field is compacting the overhead lines, such as sizing two circuits with different function on the same pole [1]. Optimizing the arrangement of phase conductors for both circuits, it is possible to achieve a sensible mitigation of magnetic field near the overhead lines. In this paper the overhead line contain two 110 kV circuits, first that feed a distribution substation and second that feed a railway substation. It is considered an application who use the overhead lines who feed the Ghiroda - Timisoara railway substation presented in [2] with a single circuit 110 kV overhead line for distribution, and it calculate the magnetic field value considering succeeding all the possible configurations that can be realized commutating the two conductors of railway circuit. It is finding that exist some situations when mitigation of the field is very relevant. These situations can be considered to the design and construct of the overhead lines for mitigation the impact of electromagnetic field produce by overhead line.
