  • Abstract
    With wide range of applications of EMR in the medical and health industry, the clinical terminology has become a major bottleneck of the EMR fast development. SNOMED is the most widespread clinical terminology, but in China, it doesn´t use widely. So this paper proposes a method of constructing the clinical terminiology unified the clinical practice with the cooprant hospital, which conforms to Chinese clinician´s custom. The clinical terminology can be widely used for further research on EMR, Data Mining in EMR, information integration and sharing in hospital internal system and medical institutions.
