QoSBF: QoS bootstrapping framework

Quality of services (QoS) has been used as a distinguishing factor between similar services and plays an important role in the evolution of distributed paradigms, such as service-oriented computing and cloud computing. To select a service, it is required to justify its QoS. Although researchers justify QoS at the finding or binding stages of services, there is a need to justify the QoS once new services are registered and before any requestors use them; so called bootstrapping QoS. This paper proposes a QoS bootstrapping framework and builds its component. Experiments are conducted, which shows the effective of the proposed QoS bootstrapping solution.
