  • Abstract
A new method of construction of 3D fracture based on fractal theory is proposed. The fractal model of metal fracture has been developed, and the surface of fracture has been constructed by using fractal iteration. Metal fracture inspected by scan electron microscope (SEM) is the meet common method in studying fracture. We prove that the average error of estimating the surface and volume of fractures using this method, is the best.<>
