Abstract
In this presentation, recent research results on lanthanides based luminescent materials with core-shell structure in nano-submicroscale were presented. By coating the SiO2 spheres with phosphor layers (such as YVO4:Eu3+, LaPO4:Ce3+, Tb3+ etc), the ideal monodisperse and spherical luminescent submicron materials with core-shell structure can be obtained. Its emission intensity can be tuned by several factors in the experimental process. The luminescent properties for these phosphors under the excitation of low voltage electron beams were reported
