Abstract
The nitride coatings (Ti-Zr-Hf-V-Nb)N based on the multicomponent high-entropy alloys with using of various methods of element-structural analysis, such as the method of phase-structural analysis of XRD, “α-sin2φ” methodology of the stress-strain state measurement (X-ray tensometry) have been investigated. It is shown, that the increasing of the stability of the considered coatings to oxidation during annealing is possible through the formation of the elastic stress-strain state of compression in the coating.
