  • Abstract
    Excellent electronic emission is a very important issue for cold cathode application. We have study the effect of growth environment on the CNTs film cold cathode. With using a pretreatment process of the growth environment in thermal chemical vapor deposition method, the better morphology and structure of the CNTs film were obtained, and the field emission properties of the CNTs film were improved
