Abstract
In this paper, weld materials from two steels similar to SA553B type commercial steels have been analysed after long-term thermal ageing at 330degC and 365degC for 49800 hrs. Precipitation and segregation at grain boundaries have been characterized using field ion microscopy and 3-dimensional atom probe analysis
