  • Abstract
In view of the current on-orbit service technology, there is an impulse-momentum transfer problem upon two satellites contact. In order to solve this problem, based on the idea of conversion from pulse transfer to harmonic transfer, the Space Soft Capture Mechanism (SSCM) model is proposed, and the virtual prototype is designed. Three joints model and four joints model simulation experiment are carried out under different conditions. The result shows that flexible device for energy buffering is necessary, and four joints model can accelerate the unloading of external forces. The SSCM model has a good effect on reducing turbulence of satellite platform by the contact of two satellites.
