  • Abstract
    This paper presents a development program for evaluating microprocessor based relaying algorithms. Execution of the program creates a real-time environment which a digital relay would encounter under service. Prefault and fault conditions can be selected to test real-time performance of relaying algorithms under various fault situations.<>
