Abstract
This paper describes a new 3D pulsed electroacoustic (PEA) space charge measurement system using an acoustic lens. The new system is able to measure 3D space charge distributions fast enough for practical applications, in addition to the essential benefits of PEA, such as nondestructive observation, easy handling procedure and safety against the breakdown of specimens
