Abstract
this paper aims to apply a new Space Vector Modulation (SVM) technique to control PWM rectifier achieving by that unit power factor and reducing the harmonic currents of the non linear load. The proposed control technique has the advantage of reducing switching frequency and losses by applying the zero voltage vectors. The control structure has been developed and implemented on a DSP micro-controller (TMS320LF2407). Both PC simulations and experiments demonstrate the performances of this Space Vector Modulation scheme in association with a three phase PWM rectifier.
