  • Abstract
    CPFR is the key to successful application of information-sharing, this paper presents the ICC-CPFR model based on Cooperative Information Center. For supplier - Manufacturer - Retailer multi-level situation, the data flow of ICC-CPFR model is studied, including the data flow analysis of collaborative strategy building, business plan development, data warehouse construction, sale demand forecast, production order forecast, raw material demand forecast, order´s generation, order´s fulfillment, collaborative research, collaborative marketing and production and performance evaluation etc.
