Abstract
The bridge from design to test is the last manual process in the electronic design to manufacturing flow. The Tester-For-Design (TFD) is an step toward seamless integration of the test process into the design process by designing the tester to be a real-time playback of the electronic designer´s Hardware Description Language (HDL) testbench. This seamless integration eases the automation of the electronic design to manufacture process
