  • Abstract
    How to get higher speedup is a hotspot for research on MPP systems. Because the processor becomes more powerful, the communication performance of the network becomes the bottleneck of the whole system. Based on Amdahl´s speedup model, this paper proposes a new model and analyzes the effect of communication performance on the speedup of the MPP system, considering some key factors: computation, synchronization and communication.
