Abstract
In this paper the theoretical and experimental investigations of a superhigh-frequency optical transducer are represented. Operation of the transducer is based on the usage of a photoreactive effect and negative resistance of two transistor structures with a diode as photosensitive countermeasure element. The mathematical model of a transducer is found on the basis of a system equations of the Kirchhoff in a complex form, that allows one to receive the function of conversion and equation of sensitivity.
